Perron Vienne Ltd ("us", "we", or "our")
operates the Seven mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
This
page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you
use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in
accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this
Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Service and we hold certain information.

Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that

Perron Vienne Ltd will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data
is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data
will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including
the security of your data and other personal information.
Disclosure of Data
Business Transaction
If Perron Vienne Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your
Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and
becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Under certain circumstances, Perron Vienne Ltd may be required to disclose

("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or
assist us in analysing how our Service is used.\

Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of
our Service.

Payments
We provide Professional Services via our mobile app.
We use third-party services (payment processors) for payment processing.
We do not store your Payment Method (e.g. credit card) details. That information is encrypted
and provided directly to our third-party payment processor (
www.stripe.com)
whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy (
Stripe Privacy Policy)
Payment processors adhere to the standards set by the
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
(PCI-DSS) as managed by the
PCI Security
Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.
The payment processor we work with is:
Transaction Mandate

Charges initiated by us When you first set up a Payment Method on Registration, you agree to
the Service being able to charge for Services against that Payment Method at a later time in
what are known as merchant-initiated transactions (MIT). Merchant-initiated transactions require
an agreement (also known as a mandate) between you and us (Perron Vienne Ltd)

Timing of Charges: Under this Transaction Mandate, you agree to us charging your Payment Method at the end of every
Session in the Service; that is, after the completion of a job.

Tutoring Services: The amount charged is calculated in accordance with our quoted Rates,
listed in the Pricing section of
our Students page.

Building & Domestic Services: The amount charged is based on the quote you received and
accepted before initiation of the job.

Pre-authorization of Charges: Under this Transaction Mandate, you agree to us pre-authorizing a charge to your Payment Method
before a work Session begins; that is, after accepting a quote, but before attending to a job.

In a pre-authorized transaction, we separate payment authorisation and payment capture to create a charge now, but capture funds later.
Such pre-authorizations will appear on your card transaction lists as transactions "Pending"

Tutoring Services: The amount pre-authorised is the charge for an hour of tutoring, calculated in accordance with our quoted Rates,
listed in the Pricing section of
our Students page.

Building & Domestic Services: The amount pre-authorised is based on, and will not exceed, the quote you received and accepted during
your call with the Service Provider in our app.

Cost of Materials: We charge for the Materials required for our Services on the day we buy them or on the following day.

Building Services: The Professional carrying out your Service will let you know when he is about to purchase materials
and will give you an estimate of the cost.

Domestic Services: We charge for the Materials we supply for Standard Cleaning Services after the Standard Cleaning job is complete.

Tutoring Services: There are no costs associated with the Study Materials used in a lesson.
When registering with the Service and setting up your Payment Method, you will be asked to opt
into this Transaction Mandate, through which you give us permission to process payments in the way
described

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by
us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We
strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no
control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any
third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from
anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child
has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected
Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove
that information from our servers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify
you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
We will let you know
via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and
update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
